The intention to return an item must be notified to us 5 days after your order has been received.
All products must be in perfect condition with tags still on and in original packaging.

For reason of hygiene the return product must be unworn and unused.
Federal and State Laws prohibit the return of underwear unless the package is sealed and unopened.
If a credit card was not used at the time of ordering a refund of your money is possible is a product is defective. Shipment cost cannot be refunded.

In case of a return caused by company fault, shipment cost for re-sending a new item is free.
We recommend purchasing insurance since we can not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. We cannot guarantee that your package will not be damaged upon arrival to your address.

Any damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products. Our products are brand new and have not been used. If a product arrives that looks damaged, dirty, resealed immediately file a claim with the carrier. Save all original packing material for inspection by the local postal inspectors.

What is your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization.
We accept all returns based on manufactures defect or sizing problems. If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size, you must notify LeatherHeat by email within 48 hours of receiving your order. After we have given you authorization to return, the item(s) must be received within 10 days. If you choose to exchange for another garment, you will only be charged shipping for the new garment. If you are returning for a credit, there is a 20% re-stocking fee. Your credit card will be credited the price of the garment(s), less the 20%. Shipping Fees cannot be refunded. All products must be in perfect condition with tags still on and in original packaging.

Federal and State Laws prohibit the return of certain undergarments
such as thongs, panties, etc. Please write our merchant processing center in advance of returning any items for authorization instructions. LeatherHeat is not responsible for returns that have not been authorized and your purchase from this website constitutes legal acceptance of these terms.
